Introduction: The Glue is a material that could adhesive two objects together.In water environment ,the high polymer chemical composition（something same as Petroleum derivatives） is Circular particle morphology,the semi diameter may be 0.5~5μm。The glue belong to special chemical industry,Its with various variety.

The Physical Shape:general shape:1）inorganic solvent；2）organic solvent；3）water based solvent;

Component：Cyanoacrylate adhesive ; polymethyl methacrylate ; trichloromethane;

Features: The Glue Viscosity may be 300~3000CPS ，It ‘s so large for normal flow meter.But our micro flow meter could test without any problem.

Special Requirement：

1）The different glues with different heatproof characteristic,Some glues must working at 350C high temperature,So the flow meters must working at high temperature.May be you should choose the JSN micro flow meter ,we could customized 350C high temperature for you.

2）The different glue with different solidifying condition and different chemical resistance condition,may be working with strong acid and alkali .Yes The JSN micro flow meter material is SS316 and SS304 .moreover,at the flow meter body also with a coating.With the double protect ways ,You must without any worry.

3）The different glue must using at different environment ,sometime,you must use the glue at outdoor,At the outdoor environment ,with the temperature change and rain ,you must select a flow mete with high protect class.Yes ,The JSN micro flow meter with IP65 protect class.U could using it at outdoor without any problems.Moreover,you also could install the micro flow meter at the car or Truck,It’s shockproof.

4）Some high accuracy industry ,It’s flow range is low ,example；0.5ml or 0.3ml /min ,and also need control the add amount each time.In the worldwide market ,Many flow meters can not keep high accuracy always. Their highest accuracy may be 0.5% or 1% . However,the JSN micro flow meters highest accuracy is 0.2%.The minimum size of oval gear is 1mm,It benefit from our engineer Mr.TU(Former Siemens engineer ).And the minimum flow is 0.1ml/min.
