Even though the most diesel engines always with 2% fuel consumption rate, general the rate in the 1% to 3%.In order to measure the super low flow rate ,JSN micro flow meter provide the 0.01ml/p pulse high resolution and +/-0.2% linearity.You could test the super flow changes with the high resolution.Based on the super flow changes,you would test the working efficiency of diesel engines and nozzles.
