The diesel echaust treatment principle is by injecting urea into the engine to reduce the exhaust gas with the No compounds.

High-purity ures was mixed with demonized water as a standard solution for tail gas treatment.The development of engines and injectors requires a high-frequency flow meters to detect changes in flow that are difficult to measure.

Selective catalytic reduction system is to reduce the amount of engines emissions of NO compounds.Little exhaust gas treatment fluid (such as the DEF of U.S;The AdBule of Europe) is injected into the converter upstream,and the decomposition of the formation of ammonia and co2,ammonia and SCR catalyst will combine the NO conversion into harmless N2 and H2O.to achieve the purpose of treating the exhaust gas.

Even though the most diesel engines always with 2% fuel consumption rate,  general the rate in the 1% to 3%.In order to measure the super low flow rate ,JSN micro flow meter provide the 0.01ml/p pulse high resolution and +/-0.2% linearity.You could test the super flow changes with the high resolution.Based on the super flow changes,you would test the working efficiency of diesel engines and nozzles.
