  The casting process of aluminum ingots is so strict.Generally,It's a continuous vertical casting.By  injecting the liquid aluminum into the mold while injecting the cooling water into the casting,the liquid aluminum flow into mold and cool down on the base.The whole process is when the liquid aluminum condensation and at the same time to reduce the base height to produce the aluminum ingots.In the produce process, we need to removed the oxide and scum on the surface of aluminum ingots.
  In the process,the most important step is to control the speed of injected same as the condensation speed of aluminum.If the inject speed more than condensation speed ,then the liquid aluminum would flow into model lead to failure.In addition,if the inject speed is slowly,It would increase the casting time and cost.
  Using the JSN micro flow meter,you could precise control the inject speed ,The JSN micro flow meter with the oval gear principle.The highest accuracy is 0.2% if the viscosity in a ideal state.Moreover,the min flow rate of micro flow meter is 0.3ml/min and suitable for much application.

This manual contains the standard technique specification, model, installation, operation and maintainment of CX-LTFM turbine flowmeter. Please read the manual before using the meter.
