I am looking for flow meter + totalizer + solenoid valve for 98% Sulfuric Acid and water.
The pipe size is 1 inch.
The operation is described as follows:
I will set how many liter of liquid I want on the totalizer (or batch controller). When press start, it should open the solenoid valve.
Once the predetermined quantity is reached, the totalizer (or batch controller) closes the solenoid valve. (see diagram attached)

First choice would be an electromagnetic flow meter, however, you may advice best product for my requirement. Preferably I want same product for acid and water. I might need two sets and one spare. I prefer flow meter to have flange.

Yes,It looks so complex.I also spend much time to Analysis the design.
When i understand the working condition.I check it with our engineers.
First.The medium is sulfuric acid and water ,I choose the electromagnetic flow meter for clients.The lining material is PTFE with three Tantalum electrode.the pipe material is PVC and the flow meter material is stainless steel 304.;
Next,our engineers choose a display instrument with control function.when the total flow achieve the limit and control the pump to stop working .besides,when the Instantaneous flow achieve the limit ,the display instrument could control the valve t close the pipe.Finally,We must need know the operate pressure,it influence the material of valves.
