I am looking for flow meter + totalizer + solenoid valve for 98% Sulfuric Acid and water.
The pipe size is 1 inch.
The operation is described as follows:
I will set how many liter of liquid I want on the totalizer (or batch controller). When press start, it should open the solenoid valve.
Once the predetermined quantity is reached, the totalizer (or batch controller) closes the solenoid valve. (see diagram attached)

First choice would be an electromagnetic flow meter, however, you may advice best product for my requirement. Preferably I want same product for acid and water. I might need two sets and one spare. I prefer flow meter to have flange.

   We are looking for small coriolis flowmeter (DN-6 or DN-10), mat'l SUS-316L, with output 4-20mA, liquid temperatur 30degC (room temperature), pressure up to 2bar, chemical of liquid is "Glyserin & Ethylene Glycol", max flow about 100L/min, c/w local monitor, power 24Vdc, qty : 3 units.

So...we need coriolys flowmeter with very small size (may DN6 enought), matl sus-316 (food grade) with remote local indicator, output analog 4-20mA & HART communication (will be connect to PLC), accuracy is 0.1% FS,

But special for Liquid Lecithin....better not use coriolis system...may use Magnetic or Fortec. please inform us for better result of this liquid....

   

   Wow,How nice a inquiry.The flow range :350kg/24h~1000kg/24h,the min flow is so small.The pipe size is DN6 or DN10.But no problem,The shanghai cixi instrument company's DN6 coriolis mass flow meter min flow is 10kg/h.and the coriolis mass flow meter could test requirements for medium.Okay,when you need the smaller ciriolis mass flow meter the CX flow meter must your first choose.

    Next,The clients want the other flow meters to test the Liquid Lecithin.what's the Liquid Lecithin,it's a medium of Organic material.with the small flow range.So the most flow meters can not to test .How about the electromagnetic flow meter or ultrasonic flow meters？First,The Liquid Lecithin without Electrical conductivity.however,as we know,if you want use the electromagnetic flow meter ,the medium must with Electrical conductivity.

   And More,the flow range is too smaller.the electromagnetic flow meter can not achieve the 0.1%FS accuracy.Finally ,the ultrasonic flow meter's accuracy is 1%.Not satisfy the requirement.

    So ,how to solve this problem?We explain to clients.For the special working conditions,Only the coriolis mass flow meter could test.But the coriolis mass flow meter's highest accuracy is 0.2%.Our engineer can not ensure could achieve the 0.1% accuracy.In the market,the highest accuracy may be 0.2%.For example,the coriolis mass flow meter ,JSN micro flow meter could achieve the 0.2% accuracy.
