1.Principle:

   High-frequency microwave pulses issued by the guided wave radar propagate along detection components (steel cable or steel rod), met the media to be measured, since the dielectric constant of the mutation, cause reflections, a portion of the pulse energy is reflected back. Transmit pulse and the reflected pulse is proportional to the distance and the time interval measured media.

  Designed in three-wire or two-wire system, E Series Display Circuit is a newly emerged compact circuit of Vortex Flow Meter. Its amplified circuit belongs to the Analog type. Within the conventional flow range, the flow rate of gas, liquid and steam can be measured in high accuracy through using this E Series Display Circuit. In addition, switches can be set up to adapt to a variety of medium-calibers and various kinds of measurements. Remote data processing and remote signal circuit are divided into three-wire system and two- wire system. The three-wire system can be connected with RS485 communication equipment; it is also battery-powered. Using 4-20mA current output, the two-wire system can provide isolated original pulse output.

1.1 Applicable Caliber: DN15-DN300, other caliber agreement supply.
Applicable medium: gas, steam and liquid.

3    RS485 communication: The meter can be configured to RS485 communication interface. Communication range ≤ 1200mm.
b) two-wire system
(1) Second-line 4 ~ 20mA linear correction electronic current output (When the voltage is 24V, the circuit load ≤ 600Ω).
(2) No amendment to the original pulse optical isolator output: high ≥ 5V (power supply voltage of-1V).
(3) Low <0.5V; with 1K5 pull-up resistor open collector output. Extra 12V electronic power need to be supplied.
